European Starling Framed Canvas 9x12

As successful as European Starling s ( Sturnus vulagris) are spectacular, this stocky songbird is a love-hate affair. A continent-wide troublemaker, across seasons Starlings vary widely in colour and this non-breeding adult is a vivid example sitting atop a 70-foot snowy Blue Spruce, late autumn, southwest Alberta.
