Graphic design services are all arranged and billed via individual agreements with clients.
Photo Digital Downloads are purchased via the Photo Shoppe, as per prices displayed. There are no shipping fees and upon purchase one recieves confirmation emails and links to both hi-res and low-res image versions. Buyers will have two attempts without time restriction to download files.
All other photo-products (prints, mugs, puzzles etc.) are also purchased directly via the Photo Shoppe. They are subject to shipping fees.
Unless something is amiss (damage, misprints etc.) all sales are final. All items are printed and shipped on-demand per your request. Please be sure of your selection before placing an order. And as always, thank you sincerely for your purchase.
For all photo products we employ Paypal Payment Processing. It's popular, secure and international and PayPal users can benefit from using PayPal accounts.
Usually an email is required to begin whether paying with PayPal or a credit card.
Major credit cards are accepted through the same PayPal Processing. Please note PayPal makes it slightly confusing if uninitiated and will 'encourage' you throughout to sign-in, sign-up, and use PayPal. You do NOT have to. Just keep following the small credit card links pushed to the bottom. My apologies for such annoyances!
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please ensure you enter the exact, valid shipping address.
PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER if you wish to use Expedited Shipping. Most courier companies will not provide service without one.
We print and deliver on-demand with various fulfillment locations, and customers worldwide therefore, we use 'Live Shipping' standard rates (not Flat Rates) at the time of ordering. Combinations of origin and destination may offer Expedited Shipping options at checkout.

Free Shipping Note: LT does not sell or ship via Amazon nor similar markets. We cannot offer free shipping given profit margins per product is really very low. 'FREE SHIPPING' is NEVER free! Amazon retailers frequently overprice to offset 'free' shipping, and just the lure itself WILL generate more business. It's a very successful and deceptive marketing strategy! Amazon also charge a monthly fee for 'free'. The prices you see here are the value of the product, just the product, as cheaply as it can be offered without losing my shirt.
After placing your order the on-demand production kicks in over 3-7 days, possibly quicker. When it actually ships you recieve by email your Tracking Number.
Shipping days depend on where you are and our fullfilment location is but on average Standard Shipping will take:
Should an issue arise first contact Chris at chrisvg@lucidtimes.ca and provide a phone number. DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT without first contacting LT within 7 days of expected delivery date or damaged delivery or incorrect/misprinted item. When confirmed you'll recieve all instructions to fix you up asap. I want you to love what you buy so I do take it personally if something is amiss.
WHAT WE CAN FIX AT NO COST TO YOU:
Orders lost in transit or arriving damaged, defective/misprinted, or the wrong product, assuming your order and shipping information is accurate and complete.
REFUND:
If you recieve the wrong items or damaged items you are immediately entitled to a refund rather than re-ordering.
USER ERROR!:
Whether it be the wrong choice or incorrect order or shipping info provided, LT cannot always compensate for such given our partners, and shipping services may not compensate such. Please ensure your order is what you want and your shipping info is accurate and complete. If you made an address mistake we may be able to send you a replacement order but shipping costs would be on you.
EXCHANGES:
Unfortunately LT cannot offer exchanges for what one might change their mind about, after an order is printed. Each item is printed and shipped on-demand and the costs of trying to accommodate exchanges is extremely prohibitive.
LATE DELIVERY:
We cannot compensate for nominally 'Late' deliveries but for extraordinary and unacceptable delays the carrier is likely liable. Contact LT within 7 days of expected date, after first contacting the delivery service.
LOST IN SPACE:
Should the delivery service confirm your package is lost file appropriate claims with the carrier. Gather all relevant info and email Chris at LT within 7 days of notice and you will be reimbursed or the order replaced.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL:
Do not panic If your package shows signs of damage upon delivery...
